Cricket Maniac
Blogging at Karachi Metroblog has its benefits. One of the benefits involves you get a much bigger reaction than you would blogging at your own personal blog. This in turn leads to finding other bloggers with similar interests. Today I found out a cricketing blog by a Paki. I’ve tried looking around for one before but didn’t succeed so you can imagine my happiness. To top it all, the blog is being regularly updated. But that’s not all. Here’s the biggest surprise of all. The blogger is not a HE, it’s a SHE!! Now don’t start ranting about me being male chauvinist who thinks cricket is only for guys. Even she had to point it out in her profile that she is actually a she
So if you have any interest in cricket and want to read more that is being reported in the papers, head over to Zainub’s Sundries. You will get reports about cricket, plus a little something about the cricketer’s fashion sense

Yeah right!!!!!!
As I said the blog is about cricket, not about the cricketers facial hair
(For some reason none of the blogger blogs are working)
hai na….im getting the comments in my mail – but they are not showing up on my main page! shukar hai they are there on the comment page -but are lagging. whuzzz happenin?? and on my flickr badge it has ‘no such photo’.
where there is cricket – there will be cricketers – and where there are cricketers – there will be pakistani ones – and thats a sure place to find facial hair! (and hair everywhere else for that matter) !
hey maybe you should be England’s simon jones fan…. he uses facial scrubs and what nots on a daily basis to take care of his skin
He uses herbal cleansers and skin moisturizers actually, once posted nude for a magazine and not so long ago was “voted” by female magazine in the UK as 9th sexist man in the world (behind George Clooney, Fred was number 47, no other cricket player in the list), (all of which is very un-cricket-player like). I’m fully expecting him to be paritciparting in next year’s Mr. Universe competetion.
On facial hair, cricketers have a great tradition of facial hair. Remember W G Grace? He had the most inconic beard ever, Flintoff last year actually won the Bear of The Year Award from Beard Liberation Front in the UK, he also won this the year before that.
ps: And yeah, thanks for the mention about Sundries.
Damn!!!! How can he keep up with that and cricket at the sametime!!!!
Oh cmon now, how can flintoff have more hair than the paki cricketers?!?!?!?
Don’t mention it
